Caitlin was the nanny for our three boys for almost two years. At the time, our older two boys were exclusively doing school online. She was the one solely responsible for teaching our third grader and kindergartner. In that time, both boys excelled and even to the point where they were "bored" when they went back to school the next year as they were both ahead of their classmates. She also got our then 12-month-old to actually enjoy vegetables and eat green beans! She is extremely reliable, and I always came home to a clean house. She also did a couple of overnights with the kids when we had to sneak away for a night. Our boys constantly talk about her even though she hasn't worked for us in over a year. She truly became an integral part of our family and my right-hand woman. She was truly more than a nanny; she helped me raise my boys and run my house. She finds stuff that needs to be done and does it without asking. I would 100% hire her if we weren't moving away.
