About Caitlin

As true for many people, my first job was as a consistent babysitter for a family with children aged eight and five and some of my favorite experiences were short nanny stints over my summers home from school. Recently, I have completed my undergraduate degree, spent time teaching English abroad, and have dedicated myself mostly to consulting work for my Masters in Public Service from the Clinton School in Little Rock. However, I have recently fallen back into my love for nurturing young minds through recent graduate work with a literacy program for children that advocates for the importance of reading proficiency by the fourth grade for improved life outcomes. While writing my thesis, I would love the opportunity to spend time with your children and empower them to be empathetic, motivated, and strong individuals who see the world as full of endless opportunity!
