Hi my name is Caitlin. Im recently married and looking for a job while finishing at Central Michigan University. As a childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's development, I draw on my six years of experience to create a nurturing and safe environment for children. With a friendly and patient disposition, I engage children in imaginative play, educational activities, and outdoor fun. I believe in clear communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred methods to ensure a cohesive care approach. I love working with kiddos and helping families in the process! Furthermore, my CPR training and coursework in early child development underscore my commitment to providing quality care.
