About Caitlin

Hello! I'm currently a Freshman at University of Northern Iowa, studying Elementary Education. I love to work with kids and do fun activities. I completed a babysitter basics course right before I started middle school and have had many jobs since! I'd describe my personality as compassionate and friendly. I'm looking for a job that understands I'm a college student and will have an inconsistent schedule. I tend to stay organized and I'm good at communicating when things come up! My times will vary, but feel free to ask me whenever and I will make sure to respond as soon as possible! I started working with kids when I was entering 6th grade. One thing you should know about me is I have 2 siblings, I'm the middle child, so I know how to work with others and include everyone.
