About Caitlin

Hi, I'm Caitlin- I have been working with children for over a decade - I began babysitting at 14, transitioned to nannying in the summers in high school, and worked for an agency. During my time I was often paired with families who had children with high needs or in busy households. My approach is rooted in creating a nurturing, safe, and positive environment where children feel seen and heard, while also promoting their development and well-being. In my personal life, I'm a writer and have experience farming and working in restaurants. I love to bring aspects of my art and agricultural experience to the children I work with through crafting, creating, gardening, and all types of imaginative play. I look forward to talking to you!
