Caitlin was late to her first day on the job and lied about being confused about the start time and then blamed the traffic. She also lied about her immediate availability for regular work. Ultimately, she flaked after disappearing for the holidays. My kid liked her well enough so I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but hiring her is not worth your time or trust.
