I am writing this letter of reference for Caitlin G. She has been serving as nanny in our household since September 2012 until present (4-17-13). I have seen in her in many capacities as a nanny and she has shined. She has looked after my son since he was three months old and my two year old daughter who is now three. She has maintained consistent discipline with the children and knows when to play and have fun too. In addition, Caitlin has driven my children to the museum, library, grocery store and other activities. My children feel safe and supported in the many activities throughout the day. I had people at the YMCA come up to me and tell me how wonderful my nanny is. She plays with my own kids but includes other children. Children are naturally drawn to her and have a lot of fun. She is genuinely a caring and loving person to my kids and other children too. Another amazing gift that Caitlin has is getting children on a routine, especially at nap and bedtime. My daughter struggled with this and Caitlin got her on a consistent routine which I was grateful for. If that was amazing enough to help with a sleep schedule she also helped potty train my daughter. Yes, potty trained my child! I am very sad that Caitlin will move on from our family but plan on staying in touch with her. I highly support her as a nanny and a partner in helping raise my children.
