About Caitlin

My name is Caitlin, and I am a dedicated and compassionate caregiver with years of experience working with children of all ages. Currently, I am pursuing my Master's in School Psychology at Sacramento State. My academic and professional background has equipped me with the skills to support children's emotional, social, and educational development. I have personal caregiving experience, including helping to care for my younger sister, now 13 years old, since she was little. From assisting with homework and crafting fun activities to managing routines, I've gained firsthand experience in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. Throughout my career, I've worked with children in various settings, including as a paraprofessional in special education classrooms, a behavior technician supporting children with developmental needs, and a counseling intern providing individualized care to elementary-age students.
