Hi there! I am an experienced infant teacher and infant / toddler teacher in a professional daycare setting. Unfortunately, due to high tuition rates in infant rooms for my 5-month-old son I am seeking employment where I can bring him along. I have experience working with infants (under the age of 15 months) independently in a 1:3 ratio, where I accomplished exceptional care for 3 infants. I have a deep understanding of maintaining their individualized schedules and providing activities to accomplish milestones. I also love to provide opportunities to explore different art and sensory activities. I am newer to the infant / toddler age, where I cared for 4 kiddos under the age of 18 months. I can assure you that I am able to maintain a fun and educational environment with redirection and positively reinforcing good behavior. I also love to enthusiastically model functional play. I have obtained a plethora of behavior management skills through my ABA experience. Pay: $500 a week
