I began my career as a middle school teacher in the summer of 2010. Over my career, I have instructed 5th grade self-contained, 6th grade mathematics and history (public school) and currently teach 7th grade mathematics (public school). I have also worked significantly with 7th and 8th grade students to prepare for high-school entry exams such as the High School Placement Test (HSPT) and the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). I will be able to provide supplemental materials and curriculum. I am passionate about mathematics education and would love to help build your child's skills and confidence!

We hired Caitlin after reviewing many different profiles of other tutors here on Care.com. Caitlin has a wonderful, warm personality and a very professional demeanor. She is an EXCELLENT tutor! She takes the time to make sure that my daughter is understanding the work, provides other examples and practice sheets, gives "tips and tricks" on those difficult to remember math problems. I just can't say enough good things about her!!
