About Caitlin Anne

I'm an energetic childcare provider with a passion children's growth and development. I have 5 years of experience and am comfortable caring for up to 3 or 4 children of all ages. My experience includes babysitting/nannying and working at summer camps, where I developed my skills in early child development and gained valuable knowledge about age-appropriate activities and routines. I am also currently studying Psychology at Northeastern University with an interdisciplinary focus on Education. I believe that open and honest communication is key in childcare, so I make sure to keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I love getting to know my families and what works best for their children and daily routines. I am comfortable enforcing household rules, while following the parents guidelines and plans while still maintaining a positive and nurturing environment. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, especially board games and puzzles!
