About Cailyn

At 19 years old I decided to start pursuing my teaching career, beginning as a teacher assistant in a childcare. I learned to care for children while providing learning experiences in two very different styles of programs, learning a lot about high-quality care and child development. This encouraged me to pursue a certificate in Early Childhood Education for children ages birth - 8 years old. Then became a Lead Teacher in an Early Childhood Education Assistance Program near my home, learning so much more about teaching young children and providing them nurturing, safe environments to learn and develop as a whole child. Currently, I am working full-time as a Site Manager of a Preschool program but truly miss working directly with children and am looking to start college again to eventually obtain a Degree of Education. So I am going back to a previous idea; becoming a nanny that can provide high-quality care and learning experiences daily for a family and their children.
