I have experience working in a daycare setting and was lead teacher in the infant room. During Covid I left daycare setting and began to nanny for a family with three children aged 1, 3 and 5. May 2023 I became a mother myself and have gained a whole new perspective on child development. I follow a blend of Montessori, respectful parenting, and RIE philosophy. I believe children are so capable and I strive to foster an environment where they can thrive and learn. I enjoy having a relationship with the families I work with and still keep in touch with many families I used to cared for!

Cailley made the transition into having someone else watch our son so smooth. She is so calm, kind, dependable, and fun! Our baby took to her and trusted her immediately. She'd made him delicious lunches, take him to the park, and do art together. I felt like he learned more every time they hung out. She was so easy to have around, became a friend, and is just the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We were really sad to transition from her to full-time daycare, but we're keeping in touch and will have her back to help anytime we can.
