Hi Families! I am a young, spirited nanny ready to support a family positively! I previously worked as a private full-time nanny for three children (5yrs, 3yrs, 1yr), so I know how to keep a busy household fun and functional! Before my private nanny work, I was a childcare associate at a daycare where I cared for many children (aged 6months-12yrs), so I am well-versed in a vast range of age-appropriate play. Some strengths of mine include my organizational skills, dedication to the job, as well as my patience. I like to let the kids play hard with the understanding that we have to clean up after ourselves to end the day with an organized space. I am more than willing to pick up extra shifts when needed and attend vacations. I understand and appreciate a child's mind, but as brilliant as a child may be, all kids make mistakes. When a kid makes a mistake, I like to explain to the child why this action could be dangerous/ hurtful and discuss a better way to handle the situation.
