Hi there, I'm Caelan! I have 8 years of experience working with kids and teens through youth theatre and theme park entertainment as well as a life time of caretaking for my loved one's littles. I have a passion for nurturing children's growth and development and have a calm and creative personality that I have found to be beneficial to the relationships that I have built with the children and parents I have worked with before. I believe in fostering a safe and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow. In regards to communication, my intention is to keep parents updated on their child's day and any issues that arise, using their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy engaging in hobbies and activities with them. I have a car and I am comfortable with pets.
