Hi! I'm Cadence! I've done babysitting/nanny jobs off and on since 2020, inspired by my passion for nurturing the growth and development of children. Being the eldest of my five younger siblings, including my autistic sister, has given me plenty of experience and patience when dealing with children. I prioritize effective communication with parents- regular updates and adhering to their preferred communication methods. I am comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents however I will not assist in any type of physical discipline. I enjoy engaging children in various activities such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that foster learning- not screen time. I am confident in caring for up to three children (ranging from newborn - 10 years old). I am CPR / AED / First-Aid certified, expires Dec 2026. Documentation of that and my background check, MVR available. I will gladly consent to drug checks paid for by client.
