Hi!! A young professional from Turkey. I worked as an educational audiologist (worked only with pediatrics from 2017 to 2020). I have been providing child care for three years in the U. S. I have a minimum of 7 years of experience as a babysitter and full-time nanny (children ages six months to 10 years old). I am an energetic, hardworking, compassionate, and patient caregiver. I also have lots of experience driving children for daily activities. I have assisted special needs kids with neurodiversity (such as autism, dyslexia, ADHD), speech delay, motor difficulties, or multiple handicaps. Structured daily routines and discipline (which I believe is about being consistent with routines and boundaries) are the keys to child development.
