I'm Bryn, a triple Certified Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Certified Postpartum Nutrition Professional, with over 13 years of experience supporting growing families through various stages of their life. I am passionate about Perinatal Mental Health and Nutrition in Postpartum. Much of what I enjoy doing the most is supporting families with light house keeping, extensive meal preparation, and education on all things postpartum, parenthood, and infant related. I offer both daytime services (as a Postpartum Doula) and overnight infant care (as a Newborn Care Specialist). In my spare time, I like to go camping and fishing with my husband and our three kids. I also enjoy bowling, concerts and festivals, hosting gatherings, and being social. I also spend a fair amount of time volunteering, offering free services, mentoring new providers, and being an active part of the birth worker community. Rates range from $40 - $55 / hour depending on service desired.

My experience with AZ Family Foundations was top notch! Bryn is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and also no nonsense which I loved. It was my first time hiring a newborn care specialist. For nighttime care. At first I was nervous and I can say after 12 weeks it was SUCH a HUGE help adjusting to my third baby. She answered all my questions even the ones I “should’ve remembered” as a third time mom, and she did so with such kindness. Every week I looked forward to her coming and caught myself asking “Is it monday yet??” We got the baby on a nice schedule and by the time our contract ended baby was sleeping through the night! She makes it so easy to relax and recoup after a long day of caring for the littles. I could really focus on myself and make sure i was taken care of too. I hear her team is equally as wonderful as she is! I will be forever grateful for her and the experience I had. 10/10 would recommend. Whether you choose nighttime or day time care she’s worth it.
