With over 10 years of experience caring for children, I have developed a deep sense of patience and understanding, especially through supporting my younger brother, who was diagnosed with autism at age 4. This experience has taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with children with unique needs. Additionally, helping with my baby brother has given me hands-on experience with toddlers' high energy and needs, making me well-equipped to handle active, curious kids. Professionally, my role as a Freight Dispatcher has further honed my customer service skills and strengthened my ability to remain patient and composed in all interactions. I also have a passion for caring for animals. I frequently look after family members' dogs and care for my own dog at home. This has made me very attuned to the needs and well-being of pets, adding to my commitment to providing reliable, compassionate care.
