As a natural caregiver with over a decade of experience, my passion lies in supporting families and positively impacting children's lives. My calm and friendly demeanor puts children at ease, allowing me to effectively care for up to four children of varying ages. I prioritize open communication with parents through daily written reports and regular updates. My approach involves following the parents' lead regarding household rules, ensuring a consistent and harmonious environment for the children. I enjoy engaging in a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical activities to board games and educational games that stimulate learning. My diverse language skills, including English, Portuguese, and Spanish, enable me to effectively communicate with families from different backgrounds. I am also trained in CPR, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care.
