As a caregiver with three years of experience, I've discovered my passion for supporting families and providing reliable childcare. My experience with all age groups, especially with my nine younger siblings, has equipped me with the skills necessary to care for children of various ages. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and friendliness. I believe in open communication with parents, whether through written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, or following their preferred communication method. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring that consistency and discipline are maintained. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to educational games and technology-based apps. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school-aged children, and preteens.
