About Brooke

I am a social worker by trade, and have almost a decade of experience working with kids in every setting, from managing elementary after-school programs, teen drop-in centers, summer camps, preschool programming, and various nanny/babysitting gigs. I also am a step parent to a Teen and a tween. I love working with little ones through their creativity, and exploring the outdoors and the beauty of reading together. I have a lot of experience helping kids understand their emotions and in building healthy communication skills. I also have extensive experience in housekeeping (in hotels and private residences), pet care and am an avid home chef with experience cooking for dietary restrictions, so am happy to help with those things as negotiated. At this time I currently have flexible part time availability and am also open to late nights or overnight opportunities.
