2024: I am a new mom! My baby was born in January 2023 and spent 5 weeks in the NICU. I am a single mom and I am looking for a situation where I can bring my baby with me. I have been a babysitter and nanny sporadically throughout my life. I was also a camp counselor at a Girl Scout day camp in California and a co-ed overnight camp in New Hampshire. I worked with teen girls for a couple of years at a group home here in Denver. I am also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and I have degrees in public health, psychology, and women's studies. I have traveled around the world - to 15 countries - and I like to share stories of my travels. My schedule is very flexible. I sometimes work as an usher for ballets, musicals, and concerts. I am also a ballet dancer and perform as a fire dancer occasionally. I am a calm, mellow, and quiet person. I have a nice car. My son and I like going to museums, the zoo, and walks in the park. We love dancing and reading books.

Brooke was our nanny for about a month and a half. Her rates were reasonable. She was very prompt, calm, and patient. Brooke and her son Zalen were eager to share their books & toys with our 3 month old son Kai. They both were gentle and kind to our 19 lb maltese poodle Teddy. As a new mother struggling to balance work & motherhood, I especially appreciated Brooke’s willingness to listen to me when I needed to vent. Her chill vibes were just what was needed to help soothe both me and the baby. It was bonus to see the cuteness overload of Zalen and Kai cooing back and forth. It was truly a blessing to be able to have my son socialize with another baby. 10/10 highly recommended!
