I'm thrilled to support families and offer reliable care for their little ones. I have a had 2. 5 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician: 1-1 Behavioral Therapy for children with Autism, including parent trainings in clinic and in-home care. My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly demeanor, helps me connect with children effortlessly. I believe in open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular texts or phone calls to keep them informed. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm confident and consistent, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical, mental, and emotional development. I've completed some graduate-level coursework, along with early childhood education (ECE) and early child development training.
