Hi! Im a 19-year-old looking for a nanny position for 3-4 days a week:) I'm more than happy to help out with Pickup/drop-off and household tidying. I love organizing so if you have any random projects that require attention to detail I am your girl! I have plenty of experience caring for kiddos of all ages and personality types. I am super flexible and go with the flow but can also follow a tight schedule. My twin sister is deaf and has a cranial facial condition, making me a fluent ASL speaker. Having a sister who has a disability has given me a lot of experience and perspective surrounding diversity. I do well in high stress situations due to my experience with deaf, neurodivergent children, and kiddos on the spectrum. Brooke is very attentive to detail. In both housekeeping and child care. She works to mimic the same environment that I set as a Mother. I appreciate her attention to details of our regular routines as well as my parenting style and her desire to keep those consistent. I am always comfortable leaving my children with her. She’s mature both in behavior and emotion. She professional and overall wants to make her family’s happy. Would definitely recommend her.
