I've always had a passion for helping children grow and develop. From my first job at a daycare, where I worked as a co-ed and accelerated to become a lead teacher for infants through pre-pre-k, to my subsequent roles as a personal nanny and my current position as a dental assistant specializing in pediatrics, I've dedicated my career to nurturing young minds. With over three years of childcare experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens. My calm and friendly demeanor enables me to connect with children on their level, understanding their feelings and emotions. I believe in fostering a safe, clean, and loving environment for children to thrive. I prioritize open communication with parents, whether it's through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone calls, or following their preferred communication method. I am confident in enforcing household rules with a gentle and consistent approach.
