Some of the things that I offer are heart-opening conversation/companionship, nutritious food-as-medicine home cooked meals, transportation, light housekeeping, arts and crafts projects for all ages (I have a side gig teaching pottery to people of all ages, but my favorite class is a group of north Nashville elders!)
