I allow and encourage residents to do as much of their own care as possible. I have dementia and end of life care experience. I am currently employed with a lovely couple with dementia for the past four months. Unfortunately, the husband has just passed away and now I care for just the wife. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brooke. She cared for my husband post-surgery, and her kindness, compassion, and attentiveness made all the difference in his recovery.
