About Brook

Hello! First off I'd like to let you know I'm currently pregnant and am available to work until May:) I have many years of experience with little ones. Raising my own and the children of others with a nurturing and caring presence, art/project based environments, nature connection, home schooling, and exploration through music, play, and healthy foods. I've been an assistant teacher for Prairie Moon a Waldorf School in Lawrence KS. Helped to build homeschool groups, and teach ReWilding skills to youth. I know how important it is to have a trusted person step into the family and help out. 12 years ago I was using this app to find a nanny for my little one and found two lovely people that made a huge impact on my kiddo and I's life. I recently moved to Austin from Lawrence. I'm enjoying exploring the many parks, trails, and swimming spots. The libraries and museums are also wonderful. I love to be in nature, make art, dance 5 rhythms, play music, and laugh with my now teenage kiddo.
