I allow people to age with dignity in the place they feel safest their own home I provide the compassionate one on one care that people don't receive in a facility I enjoy helping and providing care for the daily needs of someone that is unable to care for themselves it takes kindness and patience I like caring for seniors because companionship can help seniors stay active stimulated and positive which can improve their physical emotional mental health people have a busy schedule life of their own and not really have time to be able to spend and care for them and need someone more hands on and it warms their heart having someone their and not feeling alone we as caregivers make a meaningful impact on the lives of elders/consumers which can be fulfilling I have a heart for this field I'm passionate about elders and disabled I'm encouraging with clients I try to motivate them to stay fit healthy active My skills are problem solving observation reliable good communication professionalism
