She was so sweet with our 16 month old. We had an emergent need and she accepted. My husband was very reluctant to have someone watch our son, but after we met her, we were very comfortable having her watch our son. She was sweet, kind and patient. Played with our son doing the things he enjoyed: books, cars, coloring, bikes... she did it all. Even when our son had a mini meltdown, she was calm, cool and collected. Professional and a pleasure to work with.
