I am very comfortable with nanny cams and still have wonderful relationships with the families and children I have cared for in the past. I have a four hour minimum per booking if booking a one-time care session. If providing long-term care, PTO & Sick days to be included in contract along with W2 status.

Briza is amazing! She was great with our newborn son and great with his exhausted parents. She was a substitute night nanny for us for a week or so until our previous nanny recovered from a cold. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
