I am happy to work with children and young adults who have ADD, ADHD, Autism, Aspergers and unique learning abilities. I am happy to work with children and adults who are in need of a patient, joyful, and caring companion or caretaker. I have many years of experience working with students of all different ages and needs. I am not special needs certified, but have worked as a HS teacher, director of education at a tutoring center, and have a strong commitment to students and adults in my community to be the best teacher and careprovider I can be. I am currently a PhD student at UIUC in Philosophy, specializing in philosophy of psychology and philosophy of cognitive science. I am 29 years old, and I have 7 years of teaching experience, as well as experience working with adults and children in my community as a professional tutor. I love reading to children and adults, providing reading and learning support, conversing, doing crafts, and enjoy indoor and outdoor engaging activities.
