I have not even committed to hiring Brittney yet, and I think very highly of her. She interviews very well, is very responsive, friendly and approachable. Very importantly, she is very respectful. That's refreshing in someone so young. She interviewed with our family to be a short-term, full time care provider for our toddlers. She interacted with them and with our family beautifully. I can see the potential for a long relationship. Even if we don't ultimately hire her (we're exploring all options, though she's great), I wanted to write a review so others would know what a find I think Brittney is. Also, the reviewer that marked her low for her cat allergy skews Brittney's "stars" in an unnecessarily unfavorable way. She's a lovely young lady.
