About Britta

I've had a passion for working with children since a very young age. Through high school, I was a babysitter. During my four years of college, I worked at a children's center with infants through pre school age, completed my Psychology program, and completed a practicum at two sites with children ages four to 12 where I developed lesson plans, taught, mentored, and cared for children's needs. In summer between college semesters, I was a live in nanny in Boston and Chicago. During college, I worked at a residential treatment center with students as a Youth Counselor. Upon moving to Minneapolis, I was a Behavior Therapist for kids with Autism ages two to six in schools, day cares, and home settings to develop social and play skills.
