About Brittany

I like caring for seniors because I always watched everyone take care of my grandma growing up. She was wheel chair bound with cerebral palsy, I always knew since I was young I wanted to be some sort of caregiver. I did work and take care of my grandmother when I turned 18, until a couple years ago when she moved. I recently just lost her in 2024. Caregiving is my passion. I like to say I'm taking care of those who used to take care of us. I have lots of experience from children with autism, I have worked in a dementia/Alzheimer's care facility, I have worked in skilled nursing, and I have worked in group homes for seniors with intellectual disabilities. I'm looking for a job that reminds me who I do this job for and why. My grandma will always be my biggest inspiration. I love taking care of people, no matter how old. I like to believe I was born with the gift of caring, being compassionate & loving. I started caring for seniors when I turned 18. My grandmother was my first client.
