I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, flexible, and cheerful. I like tutoring because I enjoy working 1:1 with others and am passionate most about English and writing and what a huge gateway it can be for life successes! I'm looking for a job that leans toward remote tutoring but am absolutely open to traveling for the student's needs, and the ability to engage with others on many needed tutoring topics as well as general personal development/organization, homework, and study habits. I started tutoring in 2014 via an online tutoring program called Brainfuse and absolutely enjoyed the experience and everything I also learned from it. In my spare time, I like to play synth keyboards and sing in a dream pop band, watch sci-fi TV and movies, spend time with my boyfriend and our kitties, read, and write poetry.

Britt did a wonderful job helping my son catch up on his reading and study habits after the ground he lost during the pandemic. After working with her for several months he is now excelling and an enthusiastic reader.
