About Brittany

My name is Brittany, I'm 34 years old and I have been working with children for as long as I can remember. Graduating from college with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and I became a substitute teacher. I worked as a substitute from 2016 until 2021. While working in education I started working with children with autism. I have experience in that field working with children who have behavioral issues, physical disabilities, mental disabilities, and language difficulties. This was my most exciting work. With the knowledge and experience I gained in that field, I started my career in non-profit as a literacy manager. Doing that for a year allowed me to express my creative ideas by way of workshops, community outreach, collaborations with local artists, business leaders and neighboring communities. I have a wide range of experience with children, my love for their beautiful little minds and my passion is what keeps me motivated to learn more about them.
