I have a genuine passion for working with children and creating joyful moments in their lives. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a happy child! I have a background working as a mental health technician for 5 years, where I delivered compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for 24 children ages 5-17. I conducted regular observation of resident behaviors, taught hygiene and social skills, and effectively managed crisis situations by diffusing emotionally charged arguments. I am committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children and am eager to bring my skills to a family in need of a dedicated nanny. Prior to being an MHT, I spent 12 months caring for my nieces, who were 6 months, 2 years, and 4 years old. I am comfortable with kids of all ages.
