About Brittany

I am a 34-year-old professional Nanny living in Fairfield Township, Ohio. I loving to cook, read, go to parks, travel, swim, and spend quality time with friends and family. I have my gotten my STNA, CPR and First Aid and spent almost 2 years in nursing school school before deciding that it wasn't for me. My true passion is taking care of children and helping them learn and grow. Being a nanny brings me so much joy and happiness since my husband and I cannot have children of our own. I am committed to motivating them through imagination, art, education and active play. Spending quality time with them, talking through things, playing outside, and spending time out in the community. I'm a career nanny so I'd like to find a full time position and at least a year commitment. Most of my families have been 2-6 years each. I've worked with children for 16+ years with age ranging from newborn to 14. Adults with special needs such as Alzheimer's and Dementia, Autism and Down Syndrome.

January 16th, 2012 Re: Reference for Brittany Brittany has been our nanny since September of 2011. We have had multiple nannies over the past 7 years and by comparison we have been happy with her performance and regret that our situation has eliminated our need for a nanny. Her key strengths are her attitude, reliability and punctuality, and flexibility. Brittany has never missed a day and has been 5 to 10 minutes early everyday. While we normally have a set schedule for her, she has shown great flexibility and is willing to work whenever we need her. Our kids like Brittany and even enjoy the time they spend doing their homework with her. She is open to doing whatever the kids want to do and she pushes them to do things other than watch TV or play on the computer. We trust Brittany and have no concerns that she is always doing the right thing when we are not around. Please call us if you have any questions about Brittany.
