I also have 10+ years of experience serving at church with various age groups of children, from babies to 12 years old. I am patient, gentle, yet I know how to set boundaries. Conscious Discipline is what we use with the children in our care at New Horizon, and that includes telling children what they can do instead of what they can't, emotional regulation, etc. I absolutely love children, and I can't wait to have my own someday! But until then, I treat all of my kids like they were my own, so you know your kids will be loved!
