About Brittany

Hi! My name is Brittany. I have 9 years paid experience as a direct support provider for adults on the spectrum; during this time I worked with a plenty of elderly individuals who needed extra care. I'm very big on helping people maintain as much independence as possible while also helping them with everything they can't do themselves. At my last caregiving job (bittersweet farms) I was promoted to house manager and kept up with that for several years and I still have stayed in the lives of those I supported. I care a lot about the people I support and want them to feel as at ease as possible when I'm in their home. I'm also fun loving and love doing activities with those I support whether that's getting outside or playing a card game - I will meet my clients where they're at. I also taught first aid and CPR at bittersweet so I'm quite confident I know what I'm doing in an emergency scenario.
