About Brittany

Hi! I am an occupational therapy assistant with 4 years of experience working in geriatrics. I have worked in nursing homes (long term care), the actue rehab setting as well as home health. Home health is my personal favorite, as I love getting to work with my patients one on one and really develop that deep, trusting relationship. I have extensive experience completing and assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting. Etc) ranging from level of assistance from dependent (total help) to independent. I also have experience with teaching and training on the use of adaptive equipment and recommending home safety adjustments. My goal is to help you be as independent as possible, for you to be able to perform the activities you desire, and for you to be able to get back to the shape you want to be in!
