I have a lot of experience with children including my own. There was a great family that found me on this site that I was a nanny for, that position lasted 8 years. Also one of her children had autism so I'm use to working with children who have special needs as well. Brittany is very organized and enjoys teaching children. She listens carefully to your concerns and applies what is impirtant to you with regards to your child. I have watched her interact with her own daughter and I can tell you she is firm, yet very caring in her style of communicating with her daughter. She takes her to the park and even teaches her while she's there as well by drawing shapes and colors on the ground and in a game form encourages her child to find the right shape or color. Brittany is artistically inclined and enjoys teaching arts and crafts as well.
