I also have my Bachelor's in English and have worked as a tutor, pod support teacher, au pair, and preschool teacher. I have a goofy and creative mode that I would say I default to when there is enough free time, but I can always switch to a more organized, assertive, calm and patient mode. I typically earn trust quickly by being open and honest with kids. Another trait that families appreciate about me is the way I take initiative. I come up with fun simple crafts and extra special educational projects for kiddos. If something is dirty or needs maintenance I will see to it regularly. Brittany is incredibly punctual, excellent at her job, communicates early with her availability. I trust her with my 2 year old daughter and it is clearly apparent that she is very good at her job. Highly recommend and also vetted by many parents (I called all of her references on her resume).
