About Brittany

Middle School Special Education Teacher & Experienced Animal Caregiver I am a dedicated middle school special education teacher with eight years of teaching experience in both middle school and elementary. I specialize in dyslexia, and co-teaching English, and language arts. I primarily work with students who have learning disabilities, physical restrictions, other health impairments, and autism within a general education classroom. Outside of education, I am a mother of 3 school aged children with varying academic needs and talents. One of my strengths is adapting learning to fit the individual needs of each student, and building confidence in students to help them build independence. I'm looking for a job that works around my teaching schedule. I am willing to consider both short-term, temporary services and regularly scheduled services.
