First cleaning will be automatic deep cleaning 4 hours of work & automatic $200 charge. Reasoning as houses are normally very dirty the first go round and then after that a maintenance plan can be established. Maintenance charges flat rate fee between $60-$200 Min 2hrs-4hrs Max for each home Prices are not based on the hour but by the job itself. Availability: Weekly or Bi weekly I do have supplies I can also use whatever you may have or prefer I can come for interview & to give a free estimate Vacuum, Dust, Mop, Laundry wash, Trash out, Change sheets, wipe all counter surfaces, bathrooms clean, kitchen clean the list goes on.
