We contacted Brittany on a Monday trying to find someone to care for our dogs while we attended a real estate closing on Friday. We hadn't booked it until finding someone to commit, and she said she'd take the job. I suggested a meet and greet prior to it. I also suggested that since we live in an area with no cell coverage, she was welcome to bring someone with her. We didn't hear from her again until Wednesday, and she said she would need to call us the following day after noon to let us know when she was coming. That was the last we heard from her. I tried to call her 4 other times, but never even got a return call. We would have understood needing to cancel, but no call/no show is unprofessional. I hope she improves her services in the future. Would not recommend for any critical dates.
