Hi there, I'm Brittaney or Britt! I have 5+ years of experience working with kiddos from infancy to elementary. For the past two years I have worked with students with disabilities, including social/emotional and learning disabilities. My time in education has equipped me to support a variety of students with their academics and accommodating different learning techniques! I'm all about organization and planning ahead (personal planners are a life saver)! However, I am all about getting my hands dirty with art, games, sports, and outdoor activities! I'm an open mind and take communication seriously, being able to build relationships is a strong suit of mine. Working with children with emotional disturbances has taught me not only patience but also how to build a trusting foundation with students who lack strong relationships in their lives. Brittaney started working with us in March 2019; Nannying 2-days a week for our then 6-month-old daughter for a total of 5 months. She was always punctual and dependable. My daughter loved her and adjusted to her quickly. They played outside and inside. Brittaney was very attentive to her needs. At that time, we were introducing solids and very conscious of our routine, which Brittaney carried through. She was open to any feedback or on how we wanted things to be done. I never had any concerns with her. She was cheerful and a joy to be around. I would definitely hire her again and absolutely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a caring, thoughtful, attentive nanny for their children.
