I am a registered EMT, most of my patients were elderly. I understand how much we need our independence, but we can still have our independence while making sure we are taken care of. I am familiar with administering medication, emptying out foley bags, helping them live their day to day lives. I also can talk a lot and would always love hearing the stories of all the patients I had the privilage of taking care of. I have taken care of patients with dementia, stroke symptoms, and many other kinds of disabilities. I want to help not only the person who I may be taking care of, but also the person who loved them so much they hired help.
